The 18-hole golf course was inaugurated in May 2000, and built on the former military compound in Rostrup.
The course extends to 90ha and fits neatly into the Park Region of the Ammerland.
A natural conservation area embraces the area to the north, and extensions of it run through the golf course.
A sophisticated drainage system with six individual ponds, aligned with a refined shaped terrain, host individual ranges.
